Through our various activities offered at NCHS, we are able to cultivate an atmosphere of well-rounded students who are challenged in areas such leadership, exploration, and interest. We encourage students to get involved and use their gifts and talents and make a difference within our school community.

We offer many student activities and family faith formation opportunities to manifest our central mission; to help all of our students grow in the skills that will enable them to make manifest the Kingdom of God. All of our faith formation is centered on a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church.
Athletics
Athletics

NCHS offers a wide array of competitive sports in which our students can participate. Teams compete at freshmen, junior varsity, and varsity levels. Nearly 80% of our students are members of one or more athletic team.

History Department

The History Department at North Catholic High School is committed to providing a quality, Catholic education with a global focus. Our texts, summer assignments, and supplemental materials are carefully selected to ensure that we are providing a rigorous academic program that will give our students the opportunity to become analytical problem solvers. We cover both World and United States History at all levels.

Our AP History offerings include AP World History in 10th grade, AP U.S. History in 11th grade, and AP European History in 12th Grade. In addition to our History offerings we also offer United States Government and Economics and Personal Finance.

As electives we are pleased to offer Intro to Business, Holocaust Studies, Global Issues, and Social Justice courses. Additionally, students who take AP U.S. History may choose to simultaneously enroll in LaRoche University and earn six college credits.
