Through our various activities offered at NCHS, we are able to cultivate an atmosphere of well-rounded students who are challenged in areas such leadership, exploration, and interest. We offer many student activities and family faith formation opportunities to manifest our central mission; to help all of our students grow in the skills that will enable them to make manifest the Kingdom of God. All of our faith formation is centered on a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church.
Athletics
Athletics

NCHS offers a wide array of competitive sports in which our students can participate. Teams compete at freshmen, junior varsity, and varsity levels. Nearly 80% of our students are members of one or more athletic team.

High School Placement Test North Catholic

8th Grade High School Placement Test

8th Grade High School Placement Test is a requirement for all incoming freshmen students. Registration is required.

This year, we'll be administering the HSPT on the following dates:
- Saturday, November 16th - 9:00am-12:00pm
- Saturday, January 11th - 9:00am-12:00pm
- Saturday, March 22nd - 9:00am-12:00pm

Shadow Day at North Catholic High School

Schedule a Shadow Day with Us!

One great way to discover what life is like at North Catholic is to attend a Shadow Day! The NCHS Shadow Day is designed to allow interested 8th graders, as well as transfer students, the opportunity to experience a FULL day at North Catholic and learn first hand about what we have to offer and see why NC is a great place to be! Through the course of the day, the prospective student will accompany a NCHS student through his/her class periods and become familiar with the school, the teachers, the academic programs, and the student body. They will also enjoy a free lunch in our cafeteria!

8th Grade Visitation Day

8th Grade Visitation Day

Be sure to register your 8th grader for our Visitation Day on Friday, October 11th! The event runs from 9:30-1:30. This is a great day for our 8th graders to experience our North Catholic school spirit and learn about our close-knit school community!
Registration is required.
